Flexilytics is a tech-enabled management consultancy that helps organizations build AI-ready data platforms with governance-first architecture. We combine deep technical expertise with strategic consulting to deliver transformation across Strategy → Build → Run.
Our core focus is data governance and compliance in an AI world, enabling organizations to leverage Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, enterprise agentic AI, and automation workflows while maintaining regulatory compliance and data sovereignty.
Our Approach
We use accelerators and frameworks (FlexiGovern, FlexiRAG, FlexiFlow, etc.) to speed custom deployments. These are not off-the-shelf SaaS subscriptions, but proven frameworks that we adapt to each client's unique requirements.
