What does the Readiness Audit cost?

Audit pricing is fixed per engagement and shared after a 30-minute scoping call. We keep it deliberately accessible — the audit is meant to be the first chapter of a longer relationship, not a profit centre.

Who should attend from our side?

A sponsor from business or technology, your data platform lead, one or two domain SMEs, and a governance or compliance representative. We will run the rest.

What do we get at the end?

What does the audit cost?

A fixed fee in the mid-five-figure USD range, scaled to organizational complexity (number of business units, regulatory load, platform footprint). We share a one-page commercial term sheet on the fit call. No retainer, no kickbacks from platform vendors.

What if we're not ready to commit to a build engagement after?

Then you walk away with three documents that another firm — or your own team — can execute against. We've had clients run the roadmap with their existing systems integrator. We're not insulted. The audit is a standalone diagnostic.

How is this different from a McKinsey / BCG / Big-4 readiness assessment?

Three things. (1) We're operators, not strategists — every leader has shipped production AI/data systems inside regulated enterprises. (2) The deliverable is a context engineering map, not a strategy deck. (3) We stay through the build if you want us to. Most consultancies disappear at signoff.

How confidential is the engagement?

Do you work outside India?

Yes — we deliver across India, the UAE, and Southeast Asia. Mumbai is our base; we travel for kickoff and the readout, and run the rest hybrid. We don't work in jurisdictions where our governance tooling can't comply with local data residency rules.

What size of company is this for?

The audit makes most sense for organizations with ₹500 cr+ revenue, an existing data platform, and a leadership team that owns AI/analytics outcomes. Below that, the unit economics don't work — we'll tell you that on the fit call.

Who delivers the work?
